OUR PARTNERS & ECOSYSTEM

Partnerships that
turn ideas into action.

Strong community programmes need more than a good idea. They need implementation capacity, local networks, employers, institutions and partners who can work together to create meaningful outcomes.

OUR ECOSYSTEM

A network built for implementation.

Kalakunj Foundation works through a combination of institutional collaborations, NGO partnerships, community networks, implementation centres and employer connections.

Depending on the programme requirement, we can work through existing centres and local networks or establish project-specific implementation locations in new geographies.

This flexibility allows Kalakunj to work with partners on programmes ranging from skilling and employability to entrepreneurship, women livelihoods, education, health, environment and community development.

OUR IMPLEMENTATION MODEL

Partner → Plan → Implement → Measure

Understand the programme requirement

Build the right implementation network

Mobilise & deliver at community level

Connect outcomes with employers / markets

Track progress and strengthen delivery

When a new project requires implementation in another state or district, Kalakunj can develop a project-specific delivery structure by working with local organisations, community networks, trainers, mobilisers and implementation centres.
